At Honey Stinger, we want you to be fully fueled and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
